WORK ETHICS

The working environment is a place with an official purpose. Therefore, one has to take note of rules and regulations of the working place. This is beneficial to the young graduates who do not have any work experience. The employer needs to build up confidence in his employee. Confidence means a lot of things. It cuts across composure, conduct, personal drive towards organisational goals, dream of the employee. All these are in a concerted effort to achieve organisational goals.
Composure goes a long way in reflecting the personality of the employee. First of all, he has to be officially dressed, neat, and smart looking. The serious minded boss needs to work with a smart looking employee. As he presents himself, so he would be addressed. The boss needs someone who would be able to represent him in any meeting. In other words, the employeeĆ¢€™s outlook goes a long way in determining other peoples impression.
Conduct is all about the employeeĆ¢€™s relationship in the office environment. The employee has to know, that his relationship in the office environment has to aid organisational goal achievements. There is no room for abuse in the work environment. No use of vulgar words, no room for disputes, employee has to make productive contributions to help organisational goals.
Personal drive of the employee towards organisational goals, is paramount in the working place. The employee needs to be motivated enough to achieve organisational goals. That is why the employee needs the knowledge of the organisational goals, and objective. He needs to work together as a team with other employees. And more importantly, make positive contributions that would be useful.
Employee needs to acquire a dream that surpasses just working for his boss. This creates a sense of sanity in him. It would enable him have a focused mind. Men driven by focused mind achieve better results than men driven based on survival.
All mentioned points are useful for employees, employers, entrepreneurs, to mention a few. It would go a long way in helping them achieve great things.
